We must sow between April and June, in a sunny place, about 2.5 cm deep. Each plant needs about one square meter to develop fully, but it can also be planted in large pots. It is important that it make enough hot to germinate pumpkins, at least 20 degrees, you can sow first seed indoors until it was enough warm out. The seeds of this variety we offer are Organic.

They need plenty of water, especially when they are in bloom and when the fruits begin to swell. We let fully ripen pumpkins because if the harvest before they lose some of their sweetness. If we collect the fruits regularly, we get a heavier and longer harvest. We know that pumpkins are ready to pick when the shell has hardened and the stem is about 5 cm.

It is better to collect all the pumpkins before the appear of frosts of winter. To collect you have to use scissors or a knife and cut the fruit leaving a little stalk, do not throw the pumpkin. After, you can store at 10 degrees for several months.

These pumpkins can be roasted in the oven and use as garnish, her soft flesh it makes them ideal for soups, purees and fillings. They are simply delicious with oil and tan in the oven or barbecue so intense and concentrated flavor is achieved.

The pumpkin has a 90% water and many vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is diuretic, depurative and strengthens the immune system
