Spinach Matador - untreated seeds
Spinach that can be sown throughout the year. It is a traditional variety, originally from Russia. Its tender and soft leaves are suitable both for fresh consumption (salads) and for cooking, especially pasta and risottos. It has a good resistance to pinning. It is sown directly into the ground and is ready to harvest between 45 and 60 days.
