Typically German variety, it looks like a Savoy cabbage but with a softer and longer head, of a beautiful blonde green colour. This cone-shaped cabbage is slightly frizzy and golden yellow in color. Typical variety from eastern France and Germany. With a very mild flavor, this variety is also rustic and has good vigor.
