Tomato San Marzano - untreated seeds
Italian tomato variety, from 1770, compact and prolific, which produces large bunches of delicious elongated tomatoes (5 to 7 cm), during a long season. Its fruits, with firm flesh, have little water, few seeds and a bittersweet flavor. Its skin is an intense bright red color and it comes off easily. Perfect for salsa.
