Turkish turban squash - untreated seeds
The Turkish turban squash produces 4 to 6 fruits per foot, 12 to 15 cm in diameter by 10 cm high, 1 to 5 kg on average. The pulp of the turban squash is orange, very thick, firm, sweet, floury and of good quality. It can be used in soup, bread, puree, souffle, jam or as a decoration.
